Defence Ministry Permanent Secretary Celebrates Son’s Wedding in Abuja

The Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Defence, Richard Pheelamilo Pheelangwa, joined family members, friends, colleagues and well-wishers on the 6 December 2025, to celebrate the wedding of his son, Mubarak, and his bride, Kate.

The solemnization of holy matrimony took place at ECWA Goodnews Church, PW Kubwa, Abuja, where dignitaries and well-wishers gathered to witness the couple exchange vows.

Following the church ceremony, guests were hosted at a colourful reception held at Evelyn’s Garden (Evelyn’s Hall) in Gwarimpa, Abuja. The event was marked by joyful celebrations, warm felicitations, and an outpouring of goodwill for the newlyweds as they began their journey together.
