32 Years of Service: Ugoh Charity Member Honoured as Best Head Teacher

Charity Member Ugoh, Head Teacher of LEA Township Primary School, Jato-Aka, has been honoured for her outstanding contribution to education and decades of commitment to the development of children.
The recognition came after 32 years of dedicated service in the teaching profession, during which she has impacted the lives of generations of pupils through teaching, mentoring and effective school leadership.
Mrs. Member was recognised as the Best Head Teacher for the 2025/2026 Academic Year by the Kwande Local Government Education Authority (LGEA), Adikpo, Benue State, according to a Certificate of Excellence presented to her by the authority.
The award recognises her commitment to excellence, discipline, effective leadership and dedication to the education and welfare of pupils under her care.
For more than three decades, Member has remained committed to nurturing young minds, with her influence extending beyond academic instruction to include moral guidance, mentorship and character development.
Her colleagues and pupils describe her long years in the profession as a period marked by dedication and a passion for helping children achieve their potential.
Through her leadership at LEA Township Primary School, Jato-Aka, she has continued to promote an environment where pupils can develop academically and socially while imbibing values that can guide them throughout life.
